Refund policy

At Safety Stuff USA, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds are processed once the item is returned in its original, unused condition and packaging. For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Please note: As an authorized reseller, our return process is coordinated with our suppliers. We'll handle everything on your behalf so you don't have to.
